Before we work together

Good collaboration does not start with a shared understanding of the problem or the desired solution alone. It starts with a shared sense of whether a process can actually hold. Not every organisation needs the same thing at the same time. And not every inquiry is a meaningful starting point for collaboration.

What I consider important in collaboration

I work where organisations are not only talking about change, but are willing to make it possible within their everyday reality.
This requires a shared understanding that change is not only a conceptual process, but something that affects structures, time, and daily practice. And that the frame around it can be designed in a way that allows real transformation to take place within the system.

How I recognise meaningful collaboration for both

A collaboration makes sense to me when:

  • the organisation is genuinely willing not only to design change, but to enable it
  • decision-making and real space for action exist or can be created within the process
  • everyday operations are not seen as resistance to change, but as part of the system we are working with
  • there is a real interest in understanding patterns of collaboration, not only symptoms
  • time and resources are made available for a participatory development process, also beyond the period of my direct involvement Different forms of collaboration

Depending on the situation, collaboration can take very different forms.

Sometimes it is about deep transformation processes affecting the whole organisation.
Sometimes about focused development spaces within teams or specific areas.
And sometimes about initial clarification work – simply to make visible what is currently shaping the system, as a shared orientation for next steps.

My intention

I care about the energy invested in change processes not being lost – neither on the side of the organisation nor on my side.
Even more critical is when the opposite dynamic emerges: change fatigue, the feeling of “another initiative that went nowhere”, after people have invested engagement and energy, only to see little real change.
This pre-clarification is therefore not a filter in a narrow sense, but a shared reality check:
Is the timing right, is the frame right, is the readiness there – for what wants to emerge?

Contact

If your context is open to this kind of process, I look forward to hearing from you.
And if you are still unsure, that is also a perfectly valid starting point for an initial, non-binding conversation.
